Excellent brunch.
Having moved from Montreal to the Drummond area this year it was hard for us to find a place that had inventive dishes, amazing flavour parings and just an overall incredible food experience. We found that and more at this restaurant. We have been here multiple times and will be going back without a doubt. I believe everyone needs to experience this restaurant. If you are in the area looking for a fantastic place to eat, look no further this restaurant is it. I am blown away every time I eat here.

Delicious meal! We had the 3-course brunch menu and we were very satisfied. The food was delicious and the price was consistent with its genre. The savory brioche with fresh shrimp was delicious. The pork steak and egg was out of the norm with a little sweet taste; the vegetables were very good. The pancake to finish gave the impression of a little dessert with its pastry cream. A little restaurant to try! I imagine that to change a baby the toilet on the right will be easier.
The best restaurant in Centre-du-Quebec. The dishes are simply fabulous for the price, which is more than reasonable. Magnificent decor, warm service, and a passionate chef. Best restaurant I've been to for some time. And it is in the middle of nowhere! What a nice surprise! We choose the discovery menu (5 services with accompanying wine for each plate). All the food is local, mostly from the Chef's farm or surrounding producers. Everything was cooked to perfection.
Excellent restaurant! We had the 5-course tasting menu on Saturday night and it was fabulous!! Each course was delicious with fresh, local ingredients; a work of art on each plate.
